How can I make a reservation?

Booking is very simple. You can either book a room on our website or call 0421-458570.

How do I use online booking?

Simply select your desired arrival and departure date, the number of people and your desired room. You will then be redirected to the booking platform, where the available rooms and prices will be displayed. Enter the missing data here. After successful booking you will receive a reservation confirmation by email.

Can I make a reservation without using online booking?

Naturally! To do this, either call us on 0421-458570 or use the online form under Contact/Booking. You can also send us an email to reservierung@hotel-nordraum.de.

How do I book promotions and offers?

Promotions and offers are sometimes available in the online booking, but if this is not the case, you can always make a reservation by telephone or request a reservation by email.

Can I make a reservation without a credit card?

Yes, you can easily reserve without a credit card if you check in by 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive later, we will need a credit card to secure your reservation. You can then conveniently check in until midnight or later (by arrangement).

How can I make a group reservation?

For group reservations, you can send a request with the desired dates using our contact form or contact us by phone at 0421-458570 or mail reservierung@hotel-nordraum.de

Can I cancel a booking?

You can cancel all reservations with cancellable rates free of charge until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. Exceptions to this are: Group reservations of 5 rooms or more, where special cancellation conditions apply. Non cancellable rates, these rates are charged immediately from the credit card and cannot be cancelled If you have made a booking via HRS, Booking.com or Expedia the cancellation conditions described there apply. Cancellations must be made via the respective portal, otherwise cancellation fees may be incurred by the guest.

Where can I find the current prices?

You can view all current prices via our online booking system. Please enter the desired dates, etc. and you will see all available rooms and offers for the desired period. We provide a BEST PRICE GUARANTEE for all our rates!

How much does parking cost at Hotel NordRaum?

We don't charge horrendous parking fees. Our guests can park their cars directly in front of the hotel free of charge. Buses and lorries can also be parked free of charge in the immediate vicinity.

How much does breakfast cost at Hotel NordRaum?

The breakfast buffet costs €13 per person for hotel guests. For this you get a great selection of fresh and regional dishes as well as hot and cold drinks. Find out more about our breakfast buffet HERE.

Do I have to pay a city tax at the Hotel NordRaum?

Any applicable city tax is already included in the booking price. City tax is not shown on the invoice and therefore cannot be deducted.

What payment options are there?

With us you can pay in cash, with EC card, Maestro, V-Pay or credit card (MasterCard, VISACard).

When do I have to check out by on the day of departure?

You must vacate your room by 11 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure; later departure is possible subject to availability, but is subject to a charge and must be requested in advance at reception.

Can parking spaces be reserved?

No, that's not necessary. You can park for free directly in front of the hotel. There are always enough parking spaces available.
