How do I book a room?
Booking is very simple. You can either book a room on our website or give us a quick call on 0421-458570. After successful booking you will receive a reservation confirmation by email.
When can I check in and out?
Check-in is usually possible between 2:00 pm and 11:00 pm. On most days our reception is open 24 hours. On the day of departure you must vacate your room by 11:00 am at the latest. A later departure is possible subject to availability, but is subject to a charge and must be requested at reception in advance.
Is there free parking?
We don't charge horrendous parking fees. Our guests can park their cars directly in front of the hotel free of charge. Buses and lorries can also be parked free of charge in the immediate vicinity.
How much does breakfast cost?
The breakfast buffet costs €14 per person for hotel guests. For this you get a great selection of fresh and regional dishes as well as hot and cold drinks. Times: Mondays to Saturdays from 6:00 am to 10:00 am, Sundays and public holidays from 7:00 am to 10:30 am.
How can I pay?
With us, you can pay by cash, EC card, Maestro, V-Pay or credit card (MasterCard, Visa Card, Amex).
Can I cancel free of charge?
You can cancel all reservations with cancellable rates free of charge until the day of arrival, 14:00. Exceptions: group reservations of 5 rooms or more (separate cancellation conditions) as well as non-cancellable rates (charged immediately to the credit card). For bookings via HRS, Booking.com or Expedia, the conditions stated there apply.
Can I make a reservation by phone?
Naturally! Call us on 0421-458570 or use the online form under Contact. You are also welcome to send us an email to reservierung@hotel-nordraum.de. A credit card is required for the reservation.
What about prices and city tax?
You can view all current prices through our online booking. We guarantee a best price guarantee for all prices. Any applicable city tax is already included in the booking price. Business travellers cannot deduct the city tax from the booking price, even if the booking was made through other portals. Booking.com, HRS and other portals cannot distinguish between private and business trips when booking and therefore show 5.5 % as city tax for every booking. Business travellers pay the displayed booking price. A city tax is not shown separately on the invoice and therefore cannot be deducted.
How do I book promotions and offers?
Promotions and offers are sometimes available in the online booking. If this is not the case, you can always make a reservation by telephone or request a reservation by email.
How can I make a group reservation?
For group reservations, you can send a request with the desired dates using our contact form, or you are welcome to contact us by phone on 0421-458570.
