How far is it to the plant and the customer centre?
From the hotel to Mercedesstraße 1 it is according to the OpenStreetMap route planner 4.2 kilometres by car, or 2.8 kilometres as the crow flies. To the Mercedes-Benz Customer Centre at Holter Feld 10 it is 5.7 kilometres. Without rush-hour traffic, each journey takes around ten minutes; for shift changes, you should allow a little more time.
By bicycle it is 4.6 kilometres. The "Autohof Hemelingen" bus stop is just a few metres from the hotel; the BSAG timetable information shows you the current connections.
For technicians, training sessions and business trips
The plant shapes the east of Bremen. “With more than 12,500 employees, the Mercedes-Benz Plant Bremen is the region's largest private employer,” writes the City of Bremen. Among the models built there are the C-Class, GLC, CLE and SL (overview on Wikipedia). Accordingly, many of our guests are travelling on business: for assembly work, equipment maintenance, audits or training.
For them, practicality counts. The breakfast buffet opens at 6:00 a.m. Monday to Saturday, and at 7:00 a.m. on Sundays and public holidays, and costs 14 € per person. Cars park free of charge directly in front of the hotel, with buses and lorries nearby. Those driving electric vehicles can charge at our charging station in the hotel car park: two Type 2 connectors with up to 22 kW.
Which room for several nights?
For longer assignments, we recommend the business single room: 18 square metres, desk with telephone, box-spring bed 120 × 200 cm, mini fridge, kettle with a selection of teas, and noise-reducing windows. The TV receives some channels in English, Spanish, French and Polish, and Wi-Fi is free of charge.

Collecting a new car from the customer centre
Those collecting their new Mercedes from the Bremen Customer Centre often arrive the evening before and come to the handover appointment well rested. Besides the vehicle handover, the customer centre offers plant tours, a restaurant and the off-road course “The Rock.” For the journey home, the A1 is right outside our door.

- Can I still check in after the late shift?
Check-in is usually possible from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and on most days the reception is staffed 24 hours. If you arrive later, please give us a quick call: 0421 458570.

Yes. Send us the details via the contact form or give us a call. From five rooms upwards, special cancellation terms apply for groups.
- Until when can I cancel free of charge?
Reservations with a cancellable rate can be cancelled free of charge until 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Non-cancellable rates are due immediately upon booking.
- How can I pay?
