Some people are afraid of change – but for us the decision in favour of the Hotel NordRaum was not only absolutely right, it was also a matter of the heart.
Today, a good three months after the start of the first construction phase, we can hardly believe what has happened in such a short time:
To date, 52 rooms have undergone a “radical cure”, which means: new carpets, new lamps, new furniture, new colours, and and and…
Four rooms were converted into comfortable business single rooms for business travellers.
Our reception hall is unrecognisable. The rust-red leather furniture had to make way for modern, light seating, and the digitally reworked nautical chart in the background is a real eye-catcher.
The reception looks open and inviting and radiates everything we stand for with the Hotel NordRaum: freshness, friendliness and Nordic flair.
And what does the future hold? Quite a lot! Because early summer brings an appetite for more … and speaking of appetite: what could be nicer than starting the morning with a leisurely breakfast on the terrace? So our next big renovation project is: a fresh new look for our breakfast room INCLUDING a generous outdoor terrace!
